Right Wrist Chakra

The key word for the wrist chakra is being in the now. If the energy is not flowing well in the right wrist chakra, that means, the person has a tendency to remain in the past. If the energy is not flowing well in the left wrist chakra that means the person has a tendency to keep thinking about the future. 
It is all right to think about the past or future, however, one misses out being 100 percent in the now.
